I am an individual and family therapist who helps teens and adults overcome the impact of C-PTSD, anxiety, depression and burnout to have more fulfilling relationships and a life that feels engaging.

Hi, I'm Jordanne and I'm here to help.

I provide therapy for teens and adults via telehealth using a relational approach, with other therapeutic skills and interventions, to help you feel better and more in control of your life. 

​

When we're done, you'll feel understood and like you have a place in your own life. You'll have more tools to navigate stress and worry without getting lost in it. You'll know what you're passionate about and how to make more room for yourself in your day to day life.
