You have all the tools you need to begin.
It's time to to feel like yourself again.

You can't explain it, but things have felt "off" for a while, you feel drained, isolated, or like life is missing a spark. Don't you wish you could change that?

You've come to the right place.

I'm Jordanne and I help teens and adults just like you: people who have it within themselves to feel deeper connection in relationship, and experience more joy in their day to day lives, but need support to get there.

I help my clients slow down, find what helps them feel joy, relaxation, and a deeper sense of self by equipping them to identify those things which are causing stress, develop coping skills to better manage, and get clearer on how to identify and act on what's most important.

Most of today's solutions for depression, anxiety, and burnout are focused on the failings of the individual person - what you're doing or not doing to take care of yourself - leading so many to feel worse than before they began therapy. I know that your circumstances are unique, so we'll partner together to ensure every step we take is tailored to your goals and hopes for the future.

First we examine present stressors: school or work, relationship challenges, or a recent loss that are causing you to feel depressed, isolated, worried, or like you can't manage anymore.

Then I partner with you to identify proven coping strategies to help manage the impact of these stressors, eliminate strategies or habits that are no longer useful, and implement relationship-building skills that will be most effective for you.

Through our work together, you'll be equipped with the skills and self-knowledge needed to feel a deeper connection in your close relationships and a greater sense of meaning in your life.

I am dedicated to helping people feel more fulfilled and joyful

My training in complex developmental trauma, attachment, and family systems means I have the unique expertise you need and deserve when healing your relationships and decreasing worry. But at the end of the day you want to know you're working with someone who "gets" what it means to be isolated, burnt out or depressed right?

I get it. I have my own experiences of getting to the other side of the river, as well as years of study devoted to understanding the impact of developmental trauma and family of origin, aka who we lived with growing up.

I've seen over the lifespan how this impacts how we see ourselves, others, and the world. I know that it feels like you might not ever get better, or like you don't have the skills to take care of yourself well. So when we work together, you won't just get a trained therapist. You'll get someone who truly understands what you're going through.
